4. One email reference from a referee who must be existing member of Asian Musculoskeletal Society

Membership fee is US$50. This should be paid to AMS Treasurer either directly or via another AMS member at the next AMS meeting for application to be complete. When payment is received, your name will be added to the AMS membership list and you will receive a certificate of membership by email.
